Brock Lesnar is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and arguably the biggest pay-per-view draw in the sport. Lesnar was a very highly decorated collegiate wrestler. He was a four-time all-American, two-time big-ten Champion and the 2000 NCAA heavyweight champion. He finished his four year collegiate career with an outstanding record of 106-5.
Lesnar also enjoyed a very successful run in WWE from 2002-2004 before trying his hand at the NFL where he played some pre-season games for the Minnesota Vikings before being cut.
Lesnar made his UFC debut at UFC 81 in February of 2008, losing to Frank Mir via submission in 1:30 of the first round. He followed up the loss with an impressive victory over Heath Herring, which earned Lesnar a title shot against UFC heavyweight champion Randy Couture. In only his fourth MMA fight, Lesnar defeated Couture for the title on November 15, 2008, which he currently holds.
Lesnar successfully defended the title against Mir and Shane Carwin before losing the championship to Cain Velasquez at UFC 121 on October 23, 2010. Velasquez finished the fight in the first round to win the title.
