Nate Diaz-Jim Miller Signed For 'UFC On FOX 3'

UFC president Dana White announced what should be nothing but an entertaining lightweight scrap, as Jim Miller and Nate Diaz will meet at UFC on FOX 3. The event is slated to go down May 5 from the IZOD Center in New Jersey.

"Our 3rd FOX fight May 5th at the IZOD Center in New Jersey will feature Nate Diaz vs Jim Miller!!! Nate = 3 sub and 5 FON (Fight of the Night) Jim = 3 SON (Submission of Night!!" White posted on his Twitter account Tuesday night.

Miller is coming off a victory over Melvin Guillard at UFC on FX: Guillard vs. Miller. Diaz, meanwhile, stopped Donald Cerrone in the co-main event of UFC 141 in late December.

It is likely that this match could determine the next contender to the UFC lightweight championship, which is currently held by Frankie Edgar.
