 TMZ is reporting that Kim Couture has gotten a temporary restraining order against Affliction President, Todd Beard. The report and restraining order states that Beard has been “terrorizing” Kim Couture after the Couture’s had asked for Affliction’s “accounting of profits”.
The restraining order that was granted by a Las Vegas judge will prevent Beard from going to both Friday’s weigh-ins for UFC 91 as well as the event itself on Saturday that will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Kim Couture’s reasoning behind the restraining order was that, “a series of threats and acts intended to intimidate me and otherwise coerce me to 'back off.’”
Randy’s Xtreme Couture brand is actually a sub-division of Affliction. It is currently unclear as to how this will affect that business venture, but it obviously will be sorted out at some point in the near future.
