 With rumors of the UFC heading to Germany and Randy Couture possibly headlining against Chuck Liddell, you’d figure that one of the two would’ve heard about it. Both Liddell and Couture have denied being approached by anybody with significance about the possible fight.
“Nobody’s talked to me at all about Randy or Anderson Silva in any recent talks,” Liddell recently told Fighter’s Only.
The last time Liddell has competed was at UFC 88 when Rashad Evans knocked him out cold. Now it’s Evans who is getting a title shot instead of Liddell, all while the “Iceman” waits for his next opponent.
With Anderson Silva clearly out of the picture, we’ll have to wait and see if a fourth fight with Randy Couture materializes.
