Round 1: Sherk went for a takedown early but BJ stuffed it. Tey then traded blows with Penn getting the better of it. Penn was landing a lot of single shots and kept it up the whole round. I score it 10-9 for Penn.

Round 2: The two started exchanging blows early on. Penn kept getting the better of the exchanges. Penn kept connecting with punches. Another 10-9 round for Penn. Sherk's face is a mess with cuts under both eyes.

Round 3: Penn keeps nailing Sherk with single shots. It was more of the same as the other rounds with Penn connecting more. Penn nailed Sherk with a high knee and pounded away on him and the referee stopped it right as the buzzer went off to get the win.
