Round 4: Fitch's face is starting to look like Heath Herring's after the last fight. St. Pierre got a cut over his left eye. Fight slowed this round but GSP continued to punish Fitch. More of the same with GSP getting a lot of punches in. 10-9 GSP.

Round 5: GSP got a good left hook right off the bat. GSP hit a huge back fist, Fitch smiled and GSP nailed Fitch again. GSP took Fitch down again. GSP continued to dominate the round as it finished. 10-9 GSP.

After the round, they bowed and embraced. GSP has his first ever successful title defense.

Winner via unanimous decision off of scores of 50-43,50-44,50-44: Georges St. Pierre

After the fight BJ Penn got in the ring and congratulated GSP and said he wanted GSP next. Penn asked GSP if he wanted it, and GSP said sure, he'd fight anyone that's worthy of a title shot.
