After publicly trying to get Penn to set a date for the fight, Florian seems to have gotten his wish.

The report comes from BJ Penn's own website as a post says, "we received the bout agreement this afternoon and plan on making this fight happen."

This will be Florian's second title shot as he came up short in his first bid against Sean Sherk.
