* The underground fighting movie - appropriately titled Fighting - had a decent debut at the box office this past weekend, opening at #3 with $11.4 million The movie stars Channing Tatum (who appeared on Inside MMA last week) and StrikeForce Middleweight Champion Cung Le.
* Former Ultimate Fighter Season 7 hopeful Jeremiah Riggs (1-1) will be featured in yet another reality TV show. Riggs, who failed to make it in the house of TUF 7 after losing to Dan Cramer via unanimous decision, will be one of twenty contestants hoping to win over Daisy De La Hoya on VH1's Daisy Of Love, a spinoff of VH1's successful Rock Of Love series. * When War Machine - the former Jon Koppenhaver who legally changed his name because a professional wrestler had 'War Machine' trademarked - isn't busy being arrested or threatening the President of the United States, he shows that he still has potential in his MMA career. The former Ultimate Fighter Season 6 contestant won his third straight victory since being cut by the UFC, defeating Reshad Woods via rear-naked choke in the second-round of an Ultimate Warrior Challenge event in Fairfax, Virginia this past Saturday.
