 Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz tweeted his UFC 98 prediction of the main event title fight between Lyoto Machida and Rashad Evans. Ortiz, interestingly enough, happens to be a common opponent of both Evans and Machida.
If you can consider this a prediction, here’s what Ortiz had tweeted:
Machida by “hit and run”.
Some might call it sour grapes, some might call it staying relevant in a quickly evolving sport that is passing him by. Regardless, Ortiz is still one of the most well known MMA fighters in the world.
There is still no word as to when Ortiz will next compete, rumors have made their way around the MMA community that his choices have pretty much narrowed between StrikeForce and Affliction.
