- Here is a brief recap of tonight's episode of The Ultimate Fighter. The semifinals were set, with Damarques Johnson facing Nick Osipczak and Frank Lester taking on James Wilks in the welterweight semifinals. In the lightweight semifinals, you've got Cameron Dollar vs. Andre Winner and Jason Dent vs. Ross Pearson. Early in the episode, Dana White teased having teammate facing teammate to ensure that it's Team UK vs. Team USA in the finals, but decided against it.

Jason Pierce continued to be a douche, giving tips to members of Team UK on how to fight his teammates. Richie Whitson got into his face about it, and called Pierce out for not having the guts to fight David Faulkner last week. Pierce contended that Dana White refused to let him fight. Uh-huh. Henderson confronted Pierce later and asked him if he was assisting Team UK, and Pierce flat-out lied, saying that he wouldn't do that. It seemed to appease Hendo, who's probably the most mellow coach the show has ever had.

The fight for the night was Damarques Johnson facing Nick Osipczak in a welterweight semifinal bout. Osipczak seemed to have Johnson on the ropes at the end of Round 1, but Johnson recovered and they had a memorable slug fest to end the first round. Dana White later went nuts about the end of that round. Johnson went on to decisively win the second and third rounds. Johnson went on to win the fight via unanimous decision. - Some fight scenes for the film Warrior were filmed over the weekend. WrestlingINC.com is reporting that Nate Marquardt, Yves Edwards and Anthony Johnson were all involved in the filming, as well as pro wrestler Kurt Angle.
