Quick Shots: TUF 10 Rating, McMahon Resigns, Trigg, Escudero vs. Lentz - The strong ratings for this season of The Ultimate Fighter continued with Wednesday's episode. The show also topped the key male 18-34 demographic for the fifth straight week in a row with 963,000 viewers, tying 'South Park', which also had 963,000 viewers.

- MMAJunkie.com is reporting that welterweight Frank Trigg underwent knee surjery yesterday, and the surgery went better than expected. Although no opponent is yet lined up for Trigg, Trigg noted that both he and Matt Serra are open to face each other.

- WrestlingINC.com is reporting that WWE Executive Vice President of Global Media Shane McMahon, son of WWE CEO Vince McMahon, has resigned from the company effective Jan. 1, 2010. Shane McMahon is a big MMA fan, and at one point in time had talks with PRIDE about purchasing the company before PRIDE sold to Zuffa. Don't expect Shane McMahon to head into MMA though, as another report on WrestlingINC.com states that McMahon will most likely work with his mom, Linda, on her U.S. Senate run for the state of Connecticut.
