UFC 216 Early Weigh-In Results: Troubles For Kevin Lee

As has become the norm, weigh-ins for UFC 216 went down early Friday.

Tony Ferguson hit the scale early, coming in right at 155 pounds for his interim title fight with Kevin Lee Saturday night. Lee, though, was the final fighter to weigh-in, doing so with just minutes to spare.

Needing the towel, Lee weighed in at 156 pounds. With this being a title fight, he’ll have an hour to lose the additional pound or likely will not be eligible to win the belt.

Demetrious Johnson, the reigning UFC flyweight champion, and challenger Ray Borg made their fight official.

A planned lightweight bout between Will Brooks and Nik Lentz was scratched due to a medical issue with Lentz.
